A hugely experienced administrator of all types of financial solutions, Hazel's role is to lead the administration team in providing a highly client focused support to the advisors. She expects high standards of herself and everyone that she works with including investment companies that we select for any investment.
With her daughters both now working, Hazel rides her horse as often as she can when not in work.

Charlotte joined Christian Douglass Group in November 2015, initially as maternity leave cover. We were pleased that she elected to stay with us and her main role now is as David's PA. Her varied other responsibilities include management of the Advisory Team's diaries to ensure all client review meetings are scheduled appropriately.
Although her four sons are grown up she is kept busy meeting their needs and looking after her two young granddaughters.
